Electrician – Job Description

Position: Electrician

Department: Installation / Operations

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Carry out electrical wiring and connections for solar PV systems.
- Assist in solar panel, inverter, AC/DC wiring, and related electrical installations.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable routing, and electrical safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and rectify issues efficiently.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
- Follow project drawings, technical specifications, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and other installation team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Complete assigned work within the scheduled timeline.




- Report site progress, technical issues, and material requirements to the supervisor.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of electrical wiring and installations.
- Basic knowledge of solar electrical systems is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at different project sites.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
