Position: Telecaller cum Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Sales Executive with prior experience in handling IndiaMART leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage and follow up on IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling.
- Explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Experience:



1–3 years in Telecalling/Sales (IndiaMART experience is mandatory).
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
