Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
3. Develop MoneyTree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
4. Build valuable Working relationship with Clients Calling on leads provided by the company
5. Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
6.



Manage the sales pipeline, lead allocation, and follow-up activities to improve conversion rates.
7. Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
8. Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark. Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
10. Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting. Calling and fixing meeting with clients.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
