Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and fulfil pre-booked customer leads for Bank KYC, onboarding & activation, and handle on-site customer queries
- Communicate the benefits of Global Forex Cards and cross-sell products such as International Travel Insurance, E-Sim, and Forex Cash.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive referrals across all product placements (incentive-eligible).
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge, lead status mapping, and service escalation processes.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Minimum bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Excellent communication in English & Hindi, with local language proficiency.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage HNI customers effectively.

- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.

- Knowledge of financial products sales & service is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹19,600.93 - ₹231,700.01 per month
