Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer & Content Creator who can handle video shooting, content planning, and basic editing to create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and create engaging Reels, Shorts, product videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Handle camera, mobile, lighting, tripod, microphone, and other basic shooting equipment.
- Create creative concepts and content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Shoot product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, customer-focused videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign and content requirements.
- Create content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Perform basic video editing, trimming, transitions, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor/Graphic Designer when advanced editing is required.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand style and visual identity.
- Research trending content, formats, sounds, and creative ideas.
- Organize and maintain raw footage and project files.
- Ensure all content is delivered within the required timelines.
- Participate in photoshoots and video shoots for recent products and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of videography, framing, lighting, composition, and camera handling.




- Experience in shooting short-form social media content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
- Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Photography, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography and content creation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, fashion, food, lifestyle, or product-based businesses.
- Basic photography skills.
- Experience with lighting and studio setups.
- Experience creating content featuring people, products, and brands.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
