Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending and outstanding claims.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment issues.
- Identify the reason for claim delays and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Handle payer portals and update claim status accurately in the system.
- Maintain proper documentation of all follow-ups and claim-related activities.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:





- 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance and AR processes.
- Experience in handling claims, denials, rejections, and payment follow-ups.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.
- Willingness to work in a night/US shift.
