About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Implementation Specialist who understands basic accounting concepts and can help our clients successfully start using Firmway’s software.

You will work closely with clients to understand their accounting processes, set up the product as per their requirements, explain how the system works, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the client’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Help clients set up and implement Firmway’s software.
- Collect and understand client data required for implementation.
- Configure the system based on client requirements and accounting processes.
- Coordinate with the Product and Technology teams for implementation-related requirements.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients.
- Help clients understand how to use the software effectively.
- Identify and resolve basic implementation-related issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
- Maintain implementation-related documentation and reports.
- Ensure implementations are completed within the agreed timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, implementation, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is preferred.




- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and handling data.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand software and explain it in simple terms.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a SaaS/FinTech environment.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BAF / CA Inter or any equivalent finance or accounting qualification.
- Candidates with relevant accounting or finance experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
