Job Title: EV Installation & Site Coordination Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic candidates with knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EV) and home charging installation. The role involves coordinating with engineers, vendors, dealers, and customers to ensure smooth installation of EV chargers at customer locations. The candidate must ensure that all sites are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) of 3 days and no site should exceed the TAT.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate EV charger installation at customer homes and sites.
● Allocate installation engineers and vendors for site execution.
● Communicate regularly with dealers, customers, and internal teams to plan and schedule installations.
● Call customers to confirm site readiness and installation schedule.
● Monitor installation progress and ensure site closure within 3 days (TAT).
● Track and manage multiple installation sites simultaneously.
● Ensure no site goes beyond the defined TAT.
● Resolve issues related to installation, vendor coordination, or customer concerns.
● Maintain proper documentation and status updates of installation sites.
● Work closely with operations teams to improve installation efficiency and service quality.

Required Skills

● Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EV)



and EV charging infrastructure.
● Understanding of home electrical installation / site readiness.
● Solid communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (engineers, vendors, dealers, customers).
● Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
● Ability to work under strict timelines and meet TAT targets.

Qualification
● Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
● Experience in EV, electrical installation, or field operations is an advantage. Experience
● 0–2 years of experience in EV operations, installation coordination, or electrical site management. Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
● 100% site closure within 3 days TAT.
● Effective coordination between vendors, engineers, and customers.
● High customer satisfaction during installation.

Location - Work form Home

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
