Admission Counsellor

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents on AI & technology career programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads, enquiries and walk-ins.
- Understand student requirements and recommend the right programme.
- Conduct counselling sessions and handle objections.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead/CRM records and coordinate student onboarding.
- Stay updated with AI and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales skills.
- Target-driven and confident personality.
- Prior experience in education counselling/sales preferred.
- Technical background is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
