- Manage all communication with various departments and ensure optimal level of services for all guests.
- Responsible for Hotel Revenue strategy and online distribution: Control Rates, Inventory and parity across all channels.
- Optimises OTA content and campaigns.
- Handles and Converts Sales inquiries to confirmed business.
- Delivers weekly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
