We are looking for a skilled and professional PMU Artist to perform permanent makeup procedures with a strong focus on precision, hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of PMU techniques, facial aesthetics, colour theory, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PMU procedures such as:
- Eyebrow procedures – Microblading, Nano Brows, Powder/Ombre Brows and Combination Brows
- Lip procedures – Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization
- Eyeliner procedures – Lash Line Enhancement and PMU Eyeliner
- Other PMU services offered by the clinic, based on training and certification
- Conduct client consultations and understand the client's expectations, skin type, facial features, and suitability for the procedure.
- Assess eyebrow shape, facial symmetry, lip tone, and overall facial aesthetics before treatment.
- Create appropriate designs and obtain client approval before starting the procedure.
- Maintain accurate records, including treatment details, pigments used, consent forms, and before/after photographs.
- Follow strict sterilization, hygiene, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Use PMU machines, needles, pigments, and other equipment correctly and safely.
- Maintain proper workstation cleanliness before, during, and after every procedure.
- Explain the procedure, expected results, possible reactions, and post-treatment aftercare clearly to clients.
- Conduct touch-up sessions when required according to clinic protocols.
- Handle clients professionally and provide a comfortable, positive treatment experience.




- Maintain confidentiality of client information, photographs, treatment details, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors/clinic staff whenever required and follow the clinic's professional standards.
- Keep updated with new PMU techniques, trends, pigments, equipment, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a PMU Artist / Permanent Makeup Artist is preferred.
- Relevant PMU training or certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brow mapping, facial symmetry, colour theory, skin types, and pigment selection.
- Good drawing and precision skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinic team.
- Willingness to learn and improve techniques continuously.

Working Conditions

- Working hours and weekly offs will be as per clinic schedule.
- The PMU Artist is expected to follow all clinic policies, procedures, hygiene standards, confidentiality requirements, and code of conduct.
- Salary, incentives, and other employment terms will be as per the employment agreement.

Pay: ₹11,327.87 - ₹51,225.49 per month
