Job Title: Tally Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, taxation, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, bills, and expense records.
- Handle GST calculations, GST returns, and related documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors,



and external consultants regarding accounts-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist during audits and provide necessary financial documents and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Tally Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

2–5 Years of relevant experience preferred.
