Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our premises. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas, maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment, following hygiene and safety standards, and reporting any maintenance or cleanliness-related issues to the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain assigned rooms, offices, common areas, washrooms, corridors, and other premises.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitising, and general cleaning.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste.
- Replenish cleaning materials, toiletries, tissue papers, towels, and other required supplies.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, tools, and cleaning materials in good condition.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Check assigned areas regularly and ensure they remain clean and presentable.
- Report maintenance problems, damages, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor.




- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning requirements when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping stores and work areas.
- Follow company hygiene, health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming, behaviour, and punctuality at all times.
- Support other housekeeping team members during busy periods.
- Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

- 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, hospital, office, or facility management is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine cleaning activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
