Role Overview

The intern will contribute to content creation, lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility, while leveraging AI tools to improve execution efficiency.

This is not a passive learning role – it is execution-heavy, ownership-driven, and aligned with real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Engagement

- Support inbound and outbound lead management
- Engage with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
- Assist in nurturing leads and maintaining client relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team to drive conversions and follow-ups

2. Marketing & Content Execution

- Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Write high-quality content – posts, captions, basic copies, and communication drafts
- Support brand positioning through consistent and strategic messaging

3. AI-Led Productivity & Automation

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gamma to:

- Generate content and campaign ideas
- Automate repetitive marketing workflows
- Improve turnaround time and output quality

4. Data & Reporting

- Work with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking leads, campaigns, and performance
- Maintain structured data for reporting and analysis




- Support the team with basic insights and operational tracking

Required Skills & Profile:

- Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and skilled (English mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Confident with social media content creation, editing, and content witting
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and content generation (Especially Claude, Gamma)
- High ownership mindset and execution ability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
