Job Summary

KIDS Hospital looking for a responsible person to supervise the overall hospital activities during the night shift and ensure that all departments are working properly.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the overall hospital activities during the night.
- Check that all departments are functioning properly.
- Monitor staff attendance and availability during the night shift.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Doctors, Front Office, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Billing, and other departments.
- Make regular rounds of the hospital during the shift and outside of the hsopital with Security Supervisor.
- Attend to patient and attendant concerns and inform the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the Duty Doctor during emergencies.
- Monitor hospital security and visitor movement during the night.
- Check cleanliness and housekeeping of the hospital.
- Report maintenance, electrical, plumbing, equipment, or other issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper action is taken during emergency situations.




- Monitor fire and safety arrangements during the night.
- Maintain a record of important incidents and activities during the shift.
- Prepare the night shift report and hand over important information to the morning shift.
- Inform the senior authority about any serious incident or problem.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Retired military officer preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare organization preferred.
- Experience in hospital administration or supervision will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations.
- Ability to manage and supervise staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
