JOB ROLES:
- Exp in Industrial HR
- Exp in Recruitment(Non IT) must
- Exp in Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Head Hunting, Smart sourcing
- Labour act , labour law
- ESI,PF
- Resolve conflicts ,disputes
- Updating and designing companies policy
- Develop labour policies
- Handle grievance procedures
- Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed
