We are hiring a skilled Welder who is ready to work both in the workshop and at event locations. The role involves fabricating metal structures and handling in office installation for weddings and events across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding for event structures
- Fabricate metal frames, stages, trusses, arches, and décor supports
- Travel to event sites for installation and dismantling
- Handle on-site adjustments, welding, and emergency fixes
- Work with production team during event setup and breakdown
- Ensure strong, safe, and clean finishing
- Follow safety standards at workshop and event sites

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in welding/fabrication
- Willingness to travel and work at event locations (day/night shifts)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of measurements and fabrication drawings
- Physically fit for site work

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
