Cytozon is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our Digital Marketing, Branding, Media and Advertising solutions.
If you enjoy prospecting, meeting decision-makers, presenting solutions and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
- Connect with business owners, marketing heads and key decision-makers
- Pitch Digital Marketing, Branding, Media and Advertising solutions
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and handle negotiations
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising or Agency Sales is preferred
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face client meetings
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills
