We are looking for an experienced and responsible Iron Furniture QC to inspect the quality of metal/iron furniture during and after production and ensure that finished products meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect iron/metal furniture during different stages of production
- Check welding quality, joints, alignment and dimensions
- Check for welding defects, cracks, sharp edges and uneven finishing
- Inspect grinding and surface preparation
- Check powder coating/paint quality, colour, coverage and finishing
- Verify furniture according to approved design, drawing and measurements
- Check product strength, stability and overall workmanship
- Identify defective products and coordinate with the production team for corrections
- Conduct final quality inspection before packing and dispatch
- Maintain QC records and report quality issues to the supervisor/management
- Ensure that products are ready for showroom display or customer dispatch





Requirements

- Experience in Iron/Metal Furniture Quality Control
- Positive knowledge of welding, fabrication and finishing
- Ability to check measurements and product specifications
- Knowledge of common fabrication and finishing defects
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with welders, fabricators and production supervisors
- Responsible and quality-focused

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding or industrial QC will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
