About the Role

We are looking for a Conversational AI Strategist to define how our AI should communicate with customers, prospects, clients, partners, candidates, and businesses.

This is a communication strategy role, not an AI engineering role. You will design the conversation logic, workflows, messaging, follow-ups, and escalation rules. Our AI engineers will handle the technical implementation.

What You'll Do

- Design communication workflows and conversation flows.
- Define customer intent, responses, questions, follow-ups, and escalation logic.
- Create communication journeys across WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Website Chat, DMs, and other channels.
- Define tone, messaging standards, and communication guidelines.
- Review and improve AI-generated conversations.
- Test AI communication flows and provide feedback to engineers.
- Continuously improve conversations based on real customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Experience in customer engagement, customer experience, customer support, CRM, communication strategy, conversational design, or messaging.
- Understanding of customer psychology, intent, and behavior.
- Ability to design communication workflows and decision logic.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
- Ability to work with technical/AI teams and clearly communicate requirements.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT,



Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.

You do NOT need to be an AI engineer or developer. Coding, APIs, and AI-agent development are not required.

We are looking for someone who understands people, communication, customer behavior, and how great conversations should work—and can translate that understanding into communication systems powered by AI.
