About the Role:

Abroad Eduversity is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build university and institutional partnerships from the ground up and generate student admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with universities and educational institutions
- Present partnership proposals and close institutional tie-ups
- Build relationships with university representatives and admissions teams
- Understand courses, entry requirements, timelines and commercial terms
- Generate student referrals and coordinate the admission process
- Maintain partnership pipelines, follow-ups, agreements and revenue records
- Help develop the company’s institutional partnership process

Requirements:

- Experience in education, admissions,



student recruitment or institutional sales
- Partnership experience with universities, colleges or coaching institutes preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up abilities
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Builder’s mindset with the ability to develop a business channel from zero

Performance will be evaluated based on institutional conversations, signed partnerships, pipeline quality, student admissions, follow-up discipline and revenue contribution.

Key: This is a six-day, fully office-based role in Kolkata. Remote and hybrid options are not available.
