Job Objective

We are looking for a Tele Sales / Tele Marketing Executive who can communicate with potential customers, understand their business requirements, introduce Lokanetra Digital's services, generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with the sales team.

The role primarily involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, prospect communication, appointment setting, and maintaining regular communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Follow up with inbound and existing leads
- Introduce Lokanetra Digital and explain our digital marketing services
- Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements
- Generate interest in services such as:
- SEO
- Meta Ads
- Lead Generation
- Digital Marketing
- Website Development
- Video Creation
- AI Video Creation
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and business potential
- Speak with business owners, founders, managers, and other decision-makers
- Schedule online or in-person meetings with interested prospects
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments




- Coordinate with the sales team and provide qualified leads for further discussions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets

Required Skills

- English & Malayalam communication – Mandatory
- Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada will be an added advantage
- Good verbal communication skills
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Good follow-up skills
- Basic objection-handling ability
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, customer support, or business development is an advantage
- Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of business calls
- Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
