Job Role: Manual Tester – Treasury

Experience: 2-6 years

Locations: Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manual Tester with strong experience
in the Banking Treasury domain. The candidate should have hands-on
experience in manual testing along with a valuable understanding of Treasury
products, trade lifecycle, and banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Treasury applications and validate complete trade lifecycles.
- Validate Trade Capture, Pricing, Confirmation, Settlement, Accounting, and Reporting workflows.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries wherever required.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Treasury Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement discussions, defect triage, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
- Ensure defects are tracked through closure and testing deliverables are completed within project timelines.





Mandatory Treasury Domain Knowledge

Candidates should have good knowledge of one or more of the
following Treasury products:

- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Money Market (MM)
- Fixed Income / Bonds
- Derivatives
- Equities / Commodities
- Credit Derivatives

The candidate should understand:

- Front Office, Middle Office & Back Office Treasury processes
- End-to-end Trade Lifecycle
- Trade Capture & Position Keeping
- Pricing & Valuation
- P&L; Calculation
- Risk & Limit Management
- Confirmation & Settlement
- Accounting / GL Posting
- Market Data
- Basic understanding of VaR / Risk Management
- Defect Management
- SDLC & STLC
- Basic SQL / Database Validation
- JIRA / ALM / Quality Center or similar test management tools
- Basic API testing knowledge will be an added advantage
