About the Role

Kansoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Azure Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and enterprise cloud migration.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in assessing, planning, executing, and supporting migration of enterprise workloads to Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Azure cloud migration projects from assessment to post-migration support.
- Assess existing infrastructure, workloads, dependencies, and migration readiness.
- Design and implement secure and scalable Azure infrastructure.
- Work with Azure Migrate and other migration tools for discovery, assessment, and migration.
- Configure and manage Azure VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Load Balancers, and related networking components.
- Support migration of Windows/Linux servers, applications, databases, and storage to Azure.
- Implement IAM, RBAC, security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.




- Troubleshoot migration and post-migration issues and optimize Azure workloads.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration delivery.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of IT experience with strong Azure expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Migration.
- Experience with end-to-end enterprise migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Migrate.
- Good understanding of Azure Landing Zones and cloud architecture.
- Robust Azure networking knowledge: VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, NSG, Load Balancer.
- Experience with Azure Compute, Storage, and Database services.
- Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, Azure Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Experience migrating Windows and Linux workloads.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
