Position: Cataract Surgery Counsellor

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Optometry

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Eye Hospital preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, procedure, benefits and expected outcomes.

* Explain different IOL options and surgery packages in a clear and professional manner.

* Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, OT and billing teams.

* Guide patients through the complete pre-operative and post-operative process.

* Address patient and bystander queries and concerns.

* Follow up with patients and support surgery conversion and scheduling.

* Maintain accurate patient counselling and surgery records.

* Ensure excellent patient experience and communication.

* Achieve assigned counselling and surgery conversion targets.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of cataract surgery and IOLs.

* Excellent communication and counselling skills.

* Patient-friendly and skilled approach.

* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹11,185.69 - ₹25,650.33 per month
