About Us:

SHREE KARNI KALYAN HOSPITAL,NIMBAHERA is a newly launched. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to establish, build, and lead our Women’s Health Department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical & Surgical Care: Provide outpatient and inpatient care for a full range of obstetrical and gynaecological conditions. Perform routine and high-risk deliveries (LSCS and normal vaginal deliveries) as well as elective and emergency gynaecological surgeries.
- Emergency & On-Call: Manage acute O&G; emergencies, routine call duties, and critical care cases in coordination with the ICU and Neonatology/NICU teams.
- Department Development: Assist in setting up clinical protocols, safety standards, and operational workflows for the newly opened maternity ward, labor room, and O&G; operation theatres.
- Patient Experience: Conduct antenatal clinics, high-risk pregnancy counseling, and preventive health screenings, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
- Team Collaboration:



Work closely with pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: MBBS with MS / MD / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a recognized institute.
- Experience:0–1 years of post-qualification clinical experience (experience setting up a department or working in a new hospital setup is a plus).
- Licensure: Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.
- Key Competencies: Strong clinical expertise in high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive/laparoscopic gynaecology, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset suitable for a growing facility.
