Job Description – BPTH Faculty (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)

Position Title: BPTH Faculty

Reporting To: Head of Academic

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in relevant specialty – Preferred / As per regulatory norms
- Teaching experience as per institutional or university guidelines

Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations to BPTH students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, PPTs, and study notes.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, and case discussions.
- Ensure syllabus coverage as per university guidelines.

2. Clinical Supervision

- Demonstrate assessment and treatment techniques.
- Monitor student performance

3. Assessment & Evaluation

- Prepare question papers, assignments, and internal assessments.
- Conduct practical and viva examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and maintain academic records.
- Provide feedback to students for improvement.

4. Research & Development

- Encourage research activities among students.




- Participate in research projects, paper publications, and conferences.
- Stay updated with latest physiotherapy techniques and advancements.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain attendance and academic documentation.
- Participate in department meetings and academic planning.
- Assist in accreditation, inspections, and compliance processes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.

6. Student Mentorship

- Act as mentor/guide for assigned students.
- Counsel students regarding academic performance.
- Promote qualified ethics and discipline.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
