Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support
Communicate with customers through phone and in-person interactions
Explain products and services clearly
Maintain good customer relationships
Coordinate with the team and support daily operations
Maintain basic records and follow up with customers

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Valuable communication skills
