Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call to the customer and Generation of a new business database.
- Fixing new appointments through tele calling.
- Explain the customers about our services (Online Presence Packages, SEO, Social media Engagement, PPC, Websites and Online visibility.).
- Provide details/benefits to the customer.
- Responsible for achieving the set Targets.
- Customer follow up.
- Feedback – mails/phones (Communication Channel).
- Good communication skills.
Experience / Skillset:
- Presentation Skills.
- Client Relationships.
- Prospecting Skills.
- Must have a very strong, clear, and qualified speaking voice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education:
BBA/BBM, BSc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, BSW, BEd, BFA, B.Com, BMS
