Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and creatives.
- Prepare monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative requirements.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach, impressions, and other key performance metrics.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams when required.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media platforms.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative/design tools.




- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media work, successful campaigns, Reels/content creation, or measurable audience growth will be highly preferred.
