Job Summary

The Manager – Insurance will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating with different branches, handling calls and queries, monitoring day-to-day insurance activities, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication and team-management skills, along with relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the team and day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with different branches regarding insurance-related matters.
- Handle calls and queries from branches, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and follow up on insurance-related tasks and requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between branches and the team.
- Track pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Guide and support team members in handling insurance-related work.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of insurance activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and insurance partners when required.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance and support.




- Prepare and share regular updates and reports with management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience.
- Multilingual communication skills in English,Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Odia will be preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-management and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle calls and coordinate with multiple branches.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in team handling and branch coordination will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate with branches and customers in multiple languages—English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Odia, and Malayalam—will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
