Job Responsibilities

- Handle and manage hotel room bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other booking channels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed room bookings.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details.
- Coordinate with the hotel team regarding room availability and guest requirements.
- Focus on increasing room bookings and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel Sales / Reservations preferred.
