Associate Project Manager – Health & Wellness

About the Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager to support health and wellness programs, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Support planning, execution, and tracking of health & wellness programs.

● Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.

● Track client progress, identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Track project KPIs, timelines, and action items and provide regular updates to the Project Manager & CMO.

● Support SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.

● Proactively identify problems and work across teams to drive resolution.

What We're Looking For

● 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, consulting, operations, or startups.

● Strong project coordination, communication,



and stakeholder-management skills.

● Client-first mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.

● Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

● Exposure to 0→1 / 1→100 journeys is a strong advantage.

● PMP certification is a plus.
