About the Role
We are looking for a goal-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Associate to expand our educational programs across Vadodara, PAN India, and international markets. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to partner with schools to introduce ABACUS and Vedic Maths as compulsory curriculum subjects.

You will lead the complete sales pipeline—from cold calling to deal closing—via online meetings, local visits, or domestic/international travel when required. Additionally, you will drive engagement through student classroom demonstrations and parent help desks during school Parent-Teacher Interactions (PTI).

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end business development, managing tasks from initial cold calling and lead generation to closing deals.
- Pitch and secure school tie-ups locally in Vadodara, across India, and in international markets.
- Conduct client pitches via online video meetings or in-person travel as required.
- Deliver engaging classwise presentations to students to showcase program benefits.




- Manage parents' help desks and information counters during school PTIs to address queries and drive program support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with School Principals, Directors, and educational trust boards.

Requirements & Skills

- Prior experience in B2B sales, educational sales, or school tie-ups preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and pitch presentation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Strong comfort level with cold calling, virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), and presenting in front of students and parents.
- Willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally when business demands arise.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with solid relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
