We are seeking a talented and creative Architect with 2–5 years of experience in real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in architectural design, project planning, and execution, while also possessing solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Designing layouts, floor plans, and elevations for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Collaborating with the project, sales, and legal teams to ensure designs meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and presenting design proposals, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors for the smooth execution of designs.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, municipal regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Participating in site visits to monitor progress and provide design-related solutions.
- Preparing BOQs, technical specifications, and assisting in material selection.
- Interacting with clients and addressing their design preferences and requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, architectural design, and project execution.




- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, development control regulations, and sustainable architecture practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision.
- Strong presentation, visualization, and client-interaction skills.

Skills Required

- Architectural Design & Creativity – Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative real estate designs.
- Software Proficiency – Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other relevant tools.
- Multilingual Communication – Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Detail Orientation – Precision in drawings, compliance checks, and documentation.
- Client Handling – Ability to understand client needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Time Management – Managing multiple deliverables and ensuring on-time execution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
