Telecaller / Sales Executive – Bharat Masale

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Bharat Masale is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle sales leads and help expand our distributor network.

Job Responsibilities:

- Company ke dwara provide ki gayi campaign-generated leads par calling karna.
- Interested prospects se communicate karke unhe Bharat Masale ki Distributor Dealership ke baare mein explain karna.
- Leads ka regular follow-up karna aur interested prospects ko distributor mein convert karna.
- New distributors ko company ke network mein add karna.
- Daily calling aur lead follow-up records maintain karna.
- Sales targets achieve karne ke liye prospects ke saath professional communication maintain karna.

This is NOT a cold-calling job. Calling ke liye company ki campaigns se generated interested lead data provide kiya jayega.

Requirements:

- Candidate ke paas Sales / Telecalling ka prior experience hona chahiye.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Follow-up aur lead conversion mein confident hona chahiye.
- FMCG / Distributor Sales experience wale candidates ko advantage rahega.
