Senior HR Executive cum AdminJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Executive cum Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and workplace activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labour compliance, documentation, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, HR documents, and employee records.
- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Handle probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and verify salary, deductions, incentives, and attendance data.
- Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Implement and communicate company HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and support performance improvement processes.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, warnings, show-cause notices, and related documentation.
Recruitment & Employee Management
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Monitor new-joiner performance during probation.
- Support employee engagement, training, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, and other statutory matters where applicable.
- Maintain statutory and HR compliance records.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Handle HR-related correspondence with government/statutory authorities when required.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor requirements.
- Monitor office assets and maintain administrative records.
- Handle petty cash and routine administrative expenses where assigned.
- Coordinate branch-level administrative requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of attendance, office timing, discipline, and workplace policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Valuable understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and record-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and HR priorities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Experience in handling employee relations, payroll coordination, recruitment, and compliance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,218.12 - ₹35,000.00 per month
