About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketing Faculty & Academy Operations Manager to join our academy team.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Performance Marketing along with experience in academy/training institute operations. This role combines teaching, mentoring, student management, marketing activities, and overall academy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and engaging classes on Performance Marketing.
- Train students in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising tools.
- Provide practical assignments, campaign strategies, and real-world marketing case studies.
- Mentor students and track their learning progress.
- Manage day-to-day academy operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with faculty members, students, and management.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, feedback, and overall experience.
- Support admissions and student engagement activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the academy.
- Manage and optimize the academy's digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing and/or Academy/Training Institute operations.
- Previous experience working in an academy, training institute, educational organization, or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage students, faculty, and daily academy activities.
- Should be confident, responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.

Preferred Candidate Profile
