Job Description: Looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL, and experience in deploying applications on JBoss or Tomcat. In addition to developing high-performance web applications, candidate will lead and mentor team of developers to ensure project success and adherence to best practices. Education Qualifications: • B.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability • Oversee front-end development using ReactJS, delivering a responsive and engaging user experience • Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot • Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL for high-availability and performance • Deploy and manage applications on JBoss or Tomcat application servers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. • Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.



• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and implement effective solutions. • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, applying them where beneficial to the project. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS • Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and management. • Experience deploying and managing applications on JBoss or Tomcat servers. • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a development team. • Robust knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership and project management responsibilities. • Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices. Preferences: • Work Experience in governance • Prior experience working in PDS engagement for any State or Ministry
