Position: Service Engineer
Location: In office / Customer Location
Experience: 1year

We are looking for a Service Engineer who has basic technical knowledge and can handle day-to-day IT hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

- Basic troubleshooting and repair of Laptops & Computers
- Basic troubleshooting of Printers
- Installation and configuration of hardware/software
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues at customer locations
- Provide good customer support and maintain professional communication
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Printer troubleshooting & maintenance
- Good basic communication skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Must have a valid two-wheeler (Bike) and driving license
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
