Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage all financial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on our construction projects. You will handle cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and variations from inception to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate MEP cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
- Tender Evaluation: Analyze subcontractor bids, conduct negotiations, and award MEP contracts.
- Commercial Management: Value completed site works, manage progress claims, and issue payment certificates.
- Variation Claims: Identify, price, negotiate, and finalize MEP variation orders and change requests.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare monthly financial forecast reports.
- Final Accounts: Settle sub-contractor final accounts and support main contract close-outs.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: BE/BTech in electrical or mechanical engg
- Tech skills: ms Excel, autocad and revit.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience specifically in MEP quantity surveying.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of MEP drawing interpretation, specifications, and local market rates.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and clear communication skills.
