Lead Architect

We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Architect who can independently handle client projects, lead the design team, and take complete ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design to completion.
- Understand client requirements and develop creative, practical design solutions.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the design team.
- Take responsibility for project quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure designs are properly executed.
- Identify project challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and execution teams.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture with relevant 6-7 years experience .




- Strong creativity and architectural design skills.
- Proven ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and project execution.
- We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead the team, confidently handle clients, and deliver high-quality architectural projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
