1) Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth financial processes within the organization.

The role involves handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, GST, TDS, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations and supporting statutory compliance activities in coordination with management and the Chartered Accountant.

This position is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of accounting experience who are looking for a stable and growth-oriented opportunity.

2) Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, AR & AP management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reports)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for coordination with banks and CA

3) Key Responsibilitiesa) Accounting & Daily Operations

- Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Maintain ledgers,

b) GST & TDS Compliance

- Prepare GST working (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) for review and submission
- Verify purchase invoices for TDS applicability
- Ensure proper TDS entries and timely payments
- Coordinate with CA for quarterly TDS returns and compliance

c) Payroll & Statutory Support

- Prepare monthly salary working
- Ensure proper documentation and payroll records
- Support statutory filings and renewals in coordination with CA

d) Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review
- Assist in audit and compliance requirements

4) Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com mandatory)
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience handling GST & TDS independently
- Immediate joiners preferred

5) Performance Metrics

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries
- Compliance with GST & TDS regulations
- Proper maintenance of financial records
- Timely coordination with CA and management

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,032.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
