Responsibilities:

- Effectively interface with patients, attendants, and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure career planning, retention, and motivation of nursing staff to maintain a positive work setting.
- Plan and deploy nursing staff for optimum utilization and efficiency within the healthcare facility.
- Determine Key Result Areas (KRAs) and performance plans for the nursing department to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive prompt, safe, and efficient nursing care delivery for all patients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license and 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of nurses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
