The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the overall marketing activities of Cascara Coffee, including social media, digital marketing, local marketing, customer acquisition, collaborations, promotions, competitor analysis, and supporting business development.

This is a hands-on execution role. We are looking for someone who can independently plan, execute, analyze, and improve marketing activities rather than only coordinate with agencies.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

- Manage Cascara Coffee's Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Coordinate and create reels, posts, stories, offers and promotional content.
- Write captions, hooks and basic marketing copy.
- Identify trending content and adapt it to the brand.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach and conversions.
- Maintain a consistent premium and qualified brand image.

2. Digital Marketing: The part of Marketing Executive

- Plan and execute basic Meta/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Manage promotional campaigns for recent products, offers and events.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Generate customer leads and store visits through digital campaigns.
- Understand basic concepts of CPC, CPM, CTR, reach, engagement and conversions.

3. Local Area Marketing

- Develop marketing activities around the café's local market.
- Identify offices, colleges, residential societies, gyms, salons, hotels and other potential customer groups.
- Build local partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Plan activities to increase footfall and repeat customers.
- Execute offline promotions, sampling and promotional campaigns.

4. Brand Building





- Help develop Cascara Coffee as a recognizable coffee brand.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication, visuals and messaging.
- Suggest new marketing ideas, campaigns and customer experiences.
- Research successful café and coffee brands and identify ideas that can be adapted for Cascara Coffee.

5. Collaborations & Partnerships

- Identify and approach influencers, food bloggers and local creators.
- Coordinate collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Approach corporate offices, event organizers and local businesses for partnerships.
- Explore opportunities for catering, corporate orders, events and bulk orders.

6. Competitor & Market Analysis

- Regularly monitor competitors' pricing, products, offers, social media and marketing activities.
- Identify market trends and new customer opportunities.
- Prepare simple competitor and market reports.
- Recommend new products, offers or campaigns based on market observations.

7. Sales & Customer Acquisition Support

- Support the business in generating new customers and sales.
- Develop campaigns focused on measurable business results.
- Generate leads for corporate orders, events, partnerships and potential franchise enquiries.
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the founders/store team to convert marketing activities into actual business.

8. Marketing Reporting

Prepare a simple weekly/monthly report covering:

- Social media growth
- Reach and engagement
- Campaign performance
- Leads generated
- Customer acquisition activities
- Collaborations
- Marketing expenses
- Sales generated through campaigns
- Key observations and next month's action plan

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
