Head of Operations – Wealth Management | Indore | Full time

On behalf of our client — a growing wealth management and financial services firm based in Indore — HR Thinker Lab LLP is hiring a Head of Operations to take end-to-end ownership of Wealth Management operations (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Bonds) while supporting the sales team through client interaction and referral generation.

You will:

- Own operations across MF, PMS, AIF and Bonds — transaction processing, reconciliation, KYC/documentation
- Build and lead a team of 4–5 operations executives
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, 4–5 client appointments daily, and referral generation
- Own daily/weekly/monthly Ops MIS and reporting

You bring: 5–8 years in Wealth Management/Financial Services operations, strong Excel/MIS skills, and the ability to independently own a function while staying client-facing.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
