Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)
Department: Accounts & Finance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Accounting Manager / Management
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Experience: Minimum 1 Years Preferred (Fresher can be apply)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, experience with accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting

- Record daily accounting transactions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare vouchers and journal entries.
- Manage cash and bank transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor bills and payments.
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Bank & Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Verify financial records and transaction accuracy.

GST & Compliance Support

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.




- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare basic Excel reports and MIS.
- Support monthly closing activities.
- Provide accounting data to management as required.

Coordination

- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Purchase, and other departments for accounting-related activities.
- Assist the senior accounts team during audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Experience with Tally Prime/ERP.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS basics.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Trading, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, or Agriculture industry will be preferred.
