Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career pathways. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, managing admissions enquiries, following up with leads, and converting qualified enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, career goals, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and career pathways based on student needs.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication until admission closure.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions,



and student interactions.
- Handle objections related to fees, course selection, career opportunities, and competition.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Support junior counsellors with counselling strategies, lead follow-ups, and conversion techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling and converting student enquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, counselling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
