Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Foster robust relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
