Job Title: Credit Risk Analyst Trainer (Part-Time, Freelance)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Risk Analyst Trainer to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit risk analysis and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to individuals looking to expand their knowledge in this field. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive syllabus that takes approximately 30-40 hours to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver structured training sessions on credit risk analysis, including theoretical concepts and practical applications.
- Ensure the course material is engaging, clear, and easily understandable for participants with varying levels of experience.
- Provide support and answer any queries from participants during and after training sessions.
- Adapt training methods based on participant progress and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with the team to ensure smooth delivery and progress of the course.

Training Details:

- Work Hours: Weekdays: 1 hour/day, Weekends: 2 hours/day




- Course Duration: 30-40 hours in total
- Mode of Delivery: Online/Remote (virtual training via Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in credit risk analysis, with an in-depth understanding of risk management techniques and methodologies.
- Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a corporate or qualified setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with learners and adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.

Ideal Candidate:

- Background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in finance or risk management.
- Available for flexible working hours with a commitment to delivering high-quality training.
